FAQ
Google review management questions
How often are Google reviews synced?
Every hour. New reviews, edited reviews and reviews removed from Google are picked up automatically, so the inbox matches Google without you logging in to each profile.
Are replies posted to Google?
Yes. A reply written in Review Sync Manager is posted to the review on Google under your business. If Google is busy or rate-limits the request, the reply is retried automatically and you can see its status.
Can I report a fake Google review from Review Sync Manager?
Google only accepts review reports on Google itself. Review Sync Manager flags suspicious reviews, lets you record the report with its reason and shows you where to file it, then tracks whether Google removes the review.
What if a client will not give my agency access to their Google profile?
Send a client access request. The client gets a link, signs in with Google themselves and picks their location, so no password is shared and they do not need an account.
