Terms of Service

Last updated: Oct 25, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Bharat Developer Force Web Solutions, C-65 A, Kumawat Colony, Khatipura Puliya, Jothwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302012 (“we”, “us”), the operator of Review Sync Manager. They apply to our website, the Review Sync Manager web app and mobile app, and every related service (together, the “Service”). Please read them carefully.

1. Accepting these Terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf, and “you” means that organisation. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Key terms

  • Agency: a marketing or management business that uses the Service to manage brands for its clients.
  • Brand: a business whose reviews are managed in the Service — either signed up directly or managed by an agency.
  • Location: a physical place or listing of a brand, such as a store, clinic or office.
  • Account owner: the agency or directly signed-up brand that holds the account and pays for it.
  • Users: the people an account owner invites (owners, admins, managers and staff).
  • Customer Data: everything you or your users add to or sync into the Service, including reviews, replies, templates and the names and emails of your own customers.

3. Your account

  • Give accurate sign-up and billing details and keep them up to date.
  • Agency accounts are reviewed before they are activated. We may decline an application, and we will tell you the reason.
  • Keep your login details secret and use two-factor authentication where possible. You are responsible for everything done in your account, including by the users you invite, and for removing access for people who should no longer have it. Tell us immediately at reviewsyncmanager@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • To help you or keep the Service secure, our support staff may access your account, including by viewing it as one of your users. These sessions are logged.

4. Agencies and their clients

  • An agency may add brands, invite client users and connect its clients’ Google and Facebook accounts only with each client’s authorisation. The agency is responsible for its clients’ use of the Service and for its agreements with them.
  • The agency pays for all brands in its account. Brands managed by an agency do not pay us directly.
  • An agency may show its own name, colours and logo to its users and clients. This does not transfer any rights in Review Sync Manager.
  • If an agency and a client part ways, we may move the brand to another agency or to its own account at the request of the parties involved, as described in the Service.

5. Google, Facebook and other platforms

  • You may connect only listings and Pages you own or are authorised to manage, and you must follow the terms of those platforms, including Google’s and Meta’s policies on reviews and replies.
  • Syncing reviews and posting replies depend on the platforms’ services, permissions and approvals. They can change, limit or stop access at any time, and connections can expire and need reconnecting. We are not responsible for their availability, for content they remove, or for decisions they make about your listings or reviews.
  • Review Sync Manager is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google or Meta. Their names are used only to describe the integrations.

6. Review requests and acceptable use

You must use the Service lawfully and honestly. In particular you agree that you will:

  • Not “gate” reviews. Review requests and review pages must give every customer the same chance to leave a public review. You may not ask only happy customers or steer unhappy customers away from public reviews. The optional private feedback link is offered in addition to, never instead of, the public review buttons.
  • Not post or buy fake reviews, review your own business, offer money, discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, or ask anyone to change or remove a genuine review.
  • Only email customers you are allowed to contact — people who did business with you and whom you may lawfully email — and honour every unsubscribe. The Service keeps a do-not-email list and limits sending to 50 review requests per location per month unless we agree a different limit, and does not ask the same person again within 30 days.
  • Take responsibility for your replies, including replies sent by auto-reply rules and templates you set up. Do not post replies that reveal a customer’s personal details or are defamatory, abusive or misleading.
  • Not send spam, upload malware, probe or overload the Service, get around usage limits or security measures, scrape the Service, copy or resell it, or use it to build a competing product.
  • Not use the Service in breach of any law, including data protection, consumer protection and anti-spam laws, or of anyone else’s rights.

We may remove content, pause sending or suspend access if we reasonably believe these rules are being broken, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

7. Customer Data and privacy

  • You keep all rights in your Customer Data. You give us permission to host, copy, process and display it only as needed to provide, secure and support the Service and as you instruct.
  • You are the controller of the personal data of your own customers and are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect it and ask them for reviews. We process it as your processor, as described in our Privacy Policy. If you need a data processing agreement, contact us.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you need. You can export reviews from the Service at any time.

8. Fees and billing

  • Price. The Service is charged per active location per month at the prices on our pricing page. Optional add-ons, such as competitor tracking, are charged per location for which you turn them on. A location counts as active while it is switched on and its brand is active.
  • Currency and taxes. Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and GST is added at the applicable rate. Where we offer US dollar pricing, accounts outside India are billed in US dollars without GST. Your billing currency is set when your account is created and cannot change after your first invoice.
  • Billing in advance. Each invoice covers the coming month for the locations active on the billing date. If you activate a location part-way through a month, its share of the remaining days is added to your next invoice.
  • Reducing your bill. If you switch off or delete locations or add-ons, your next invoice is lower. The month already invoiced is not reduced or refunded.
  • Paying invoices. Invoices are due within 7 days. You can pay by bank transfer or UPI (uploading the payment reference for us to verify) or, where available, online through our payment provider. Nothing is charged to your card automatically — each invoice is paid by the account owner.
  • Discounts and coupon codes apply as described when you receive them; only one discount applies to an invoice.
  • Price changes. We may change our prices. We will give account owners at least 30 days’ notice by email, and new prices apply from your next invoice after the notice period.

9. Free trial

New accounts get a free trial of 7 days with up to 1 active location(s). No payment details are needed for the trial. Brands’ trials start when they sign up; agencies’ trials start when their account is approved. When the trial ends, your paid subscription starts automatically and your first invoice is issued for the locations that are active. If you do not want to continue, switch off your locations or contact us before the trial ends and nothing will be charged.

10. Late payment

We send reminders before and after the due date. If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after it is due, your account becomes read-only: you can still see your data and pay, but you cannot reply to reviews, send review requests or change settings. If it is still unpaid 7 days later, the account is suspended and only billing remains available, and syncing stops. Full access returns as soon as all overdue invoices are paid. While the account remains open, monthly invoices continue to be issued, so please close your account or switch off your locations if you no longer want the Service.

11. Refunds

Fees are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

12. Cancelling and closing your account

  • You can stop paying for a location at any time by switching it off or deleting it. Agency owners and admins can also delete brands they manage.
  • To close your account completely, the account owner can email us at reviewsyncmanager@gmail.com. We close it from the end of the month already invoiced, and no further invoices are issued. Invoices issued before closing remain payable.
  • We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, do not pay, or if we must do so by law. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you time to fix the problem.
  • After closing, your data is removed from use. Within 30 days you can ask us to restore the account or to send you an export of your reviews. You can also ask us to permanently erase your data, as described in our Privacy Policy; records we must keep by law, such as invoices, are kept for the required period.

13. Mobile app

The Review Sync Manager mobile app is included with your subscription and lets your users work with the account on the go. Accounts are created and paid for on our website; the app does not sell anything. Your use of the app is also subject to the terms of the app store you downloaded it from, but we — not Apple or Google — are responsible for the app.

14. Our rights

We own Review Sync Manager, its software, design and content, apart from your Customer Data. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while your account is in good standing. If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without any obligation to you.

15. Changes to the Service

We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you pay for in a way that materially reduces the Service, we will tell you in advance where we reasonably can. Features marked as beta are provided as they are and may change.

16. Availability and disclaimers

We work hard to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be interrupted for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every review will be synced or every reply posted, or that using it will increase your reviews, ratings or sales.

17. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows: (a) neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud.

18. Indemnity

You will defend and compensate us for claims by third parties arising from your Customer Data, the review requests and replies you send, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For material changes we will notify account owners by email or in the app at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can close your account before they take effect.

20. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country stated here, and the courts of the following place have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute: [Governing law and courts — add it in Website → Settings → Contact]. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

21. General

  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and any order or agreement we sign with you, are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
  • If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
  • If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
  • You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over our business.
  • Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
  • We send notices to the account owner’s email address. You can send notices to reviewsyncmanager@gmail.com.
