Refund Policy
Last updated: Oct 25, 2026
This Refund Policy explains when fees paid to Bharat Developer Force Web Solutions for Review Sync Manager can be refunded. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
In short
- Try Review Sync Manager free for 7 days — no payment details needed.
- You pay monthly, in advance, per active location. Nothing is charged automatically.
- You can switch off locations or close your account at any time; your next invoice goes down or stops.
- The month you have already paid for is not refunded, but we always refund money paid by mistake or charged in error.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial of 7 days with up to 1 active location(s). We do not ask for card or bank details for the trial, so you cannot be charged during it. If you do not want to continue, switch off your locations or contact us before the trial ends and no invoice will be issued.
2. How billing works
When the trial ends, your subscription starts and you receive an invoice for the coming month, based on the number of active locations (and any add-ons you have turned on). After that you receive an invoice at the start of each monthly billing period. A location you activate part-way through a month is charged only for the days left in that month, on your next invoice. Each invoice is due within 7 days and is paid by you — by bank transfer, UPI or our online payment provider — never by an automatic card charge.
3. What is not refundable
Because each month is paid in advance and the Service is available to you for that whole month, we do not refund or credit:
- the rest of a month already invoiced when you switch off or delete a location, a brand or an add-on such as competitor tracking — you simply pay less on your next invoice;
- the rest of a month already invoiced when you close your account;
- review requests or other allowances you did not use;
- periods when your account was read-only or suspended because an invoice was unpaid;
- time when Google or Facebook limited or stopped access to your listings, as that is outside our control;
- accounts closed by us because of a serious breach of our Terms of Service.
4. When we do refund
We refund the amount concerned in full when:
- You paid twice for the same invoice, or paid more than the invoice amount.
- We charged you in error — for example the wrong number of locations, a wrong price or tax, or a discount that was not applied.
- You were invoiced after closing your account, if you asked us to close it before that billing period started.
- Review Sync Manager was unavailable for a long period through our fault and we could not fix it within a reasonable time — in that case we refund or credit a fair share of the affected month.
- The law requires a refund in your situation. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Where money is due back to you, we may instead credit it against an unpaid or upcoming invoice if you prefer.
5. How to request a refund
The account owner should email reviewsyncmanager@gmail.com within 30 days of the payment, with:
- the invoice number;
- the payment date, amount and the transaction, bank or UPI reference;
- the reason for the request.
We will reply within 5 business days. Requests made after 30 days are considered case by case, except refunds of duplicate payments, which we always make.
6. How refunds are paid
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method through our payment provider. Bank transfer and UPI payments are refunded to the account they came from.
- We start the refund within 7 business days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.
- Every refund or correction is recorded with a credit note against the original invoice. For Indian accounts the credit note also adjusts the GST charged.
- Refunds are made in the currency of the original invoice. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees charged by your bank.
7. Payment disputes
If something looks wrong on an invoice, please contact us before disputing the payment with your bank — we can usually sort it out quickly. If a payment is reversed through a chargeback or dispute, the invoice becomes unpaid again and the account may become read-only until it is settled.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect payments made before the update.
