Can I save reply templates?

Does Review Sync Manager reply automatically?
Only if you switch on auto-reply rules, and only for positive or neutral reviews — never negative ones. You choose the template and an optional delay. Everything else waits for a person to click Post.

No. Replies come from your own templates and your team, so every response sounds like your business.
How quickly should we reply to Google reviews?
Aim to answer within one to two working days. The response queue shows how long each review has been waiting, so the oldest ones are answered first.
